These panels represent the culmination of hundreds of hours of design, testing and ingenuity to provide the most versatile, and utility driven product on the market today. With a goal of securing all of your tools, gear, essentials, and supplies in the most convenient and practical manner possible. AeroMolle integrates strength and ingenuity into one broad-use system. These were designed to fit in just about any aircraft, the RVs being our primary testbed platform.

Attach them to baggage side panels, flap towers, bagage bulkheads, spar covers, seat backs, and even places we haven't even thought of yet. Our mounting plates allow for both blind and surface mounting options depending on accessibility. Stack them vertically, side-by-side, solo...whatever you can come up with. We'd love to see your pics and applications for every use. 

The 8" X 10" panels come in four different variations depending on need. They can also be combined with our smaller 6" X 8" to outfit your entire baggage sidewall. Select natural aluminum, or powder coated for durability.

JDAir Parts is excited to bring the first commercially available molle panel mounting system to the aviation market. Designed for superior utility, we have created a fully modular setup allowing aircraft owners to stack, expand, combine and mount their system in any number of locations and configurations. With PEM nut straps and mounting brackets, you can connect large and small panels in hundreds of configurations. We also provide two types of panel mounting PEM stud plates for accessible or inaccessible locations depending on your project status. Let your imagination run wild. Your tools, for your adventures.

6061 Aluminum

Made from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum, these panels are 1/8" aluminum sheet laser cut for superior quality. Combined with a superior powder coating finish, these panels are guaranteed to last for thousands of hours of flying.

WARNING: THESE PANELS ARE NOT RATED FOR CARRYING LOADS DURING AEROBATIC MANEUVERS. PANELS HAVE BEEN TESTED TO PERFORM UNDER MAX LOAD (10LB) FOR UP TO +/-6 Gs BUT ALL ATTACHED ITEMS SHOULD BE REMOVED PRIOR TO AEROBATIC ACTIVITIES. PANELS MAY STAY ATTACHED. PILOT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MOUNTING AND LOCATIONS OF PANEL PLACEMENT, ENSURING CLEARANCE OF ALL CONTROL SURFACES TO ENSURE PROPER AIRCRAFT FUNCTION.
